“PRESENTING THE OFFER: Negotiating Tactics & Strategies” – There are numerous layers to creating a win/win deal and completing a successful real estate negotiation. Understanding the communication style of the other party is certainly important, as well as building a strong rapport throughout the process. Other critical ingredients to a favorable outcome include gathering information about the seller and their property by asking the right questions, and your own thorough research. But all this work and due diligence is simply laying the groundwork for what is the most critical step in the negotiation process – presenting your offer.
